Gracias Corporate Dining Solutions operates under the brand name "Gracias" and provides corporate cafeteria services, food court management, and event catering services, including corporate events, weddings, and birthdays. We supply food through our partner kitchens and have developed mobile applications for online food ordering and management.

2. Services

Gracias offers the following services:

• Corporate cafeteria management

• Food court management

• Corporate and private event catering (weddings, birthdays, etc.)

• Online food ordering for corporate employees through our Android and iOS apps

• Partner kitchen management through our Windows and Android apps and web dashboard

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our services, you must create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your email and phone number.

• Maintain and promptly update your account information.

• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.

• Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Partner Kitchens and Food Quality

Gracias partners with various kitchens to prepare and deliver food. While we strive to ensure high-quality food and service, we do not control the kitchens' operations and are not responsible for any issues arising from the food's quality, preparation, or delivery.

6. Orders and Payments

• All orders placed through our apps or website are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice.

• You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your orders, including any applicable taxes and fees.

• Payment methods accepted include debit card, credit card, UPI app, UPI ID, and other methods through approved payment gateway partners.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation of orders is not possible once the order is placed.

• Refunds will be processed in case of non-availability of food or any issues related to food safety.

8. Event Services

For corporate and private events, specific terms and conditions may apply, including but not limited to booking requirements, payment terms, and cancellation policies. These will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Gracias or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use any content without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gracias shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services.

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.

• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gracias, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with:
